Refund Policy
If you purchase an online course in error or purchase a duplicate course please email us through the website at www.supervisionCEU.com or by telephone at 415-550-7560 so that we can issue you a refund. We will issue you a full refund in 3-5 business days. If you purchase a course and feel the course content was misrepresented, we will also issue you a full refund.
Disability Access
If you have difficulty accessing any material on this site because of a disability, please contact us via email or telephone and we will work with you to make the information available.
Grievance Procedure
When a participant files a grievance, and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken. Ricki Boden, as the individual CE provider, will address any grievances within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be agreed upon Ricki Boden and the participant will meet with a mediator to resolve and remediate the complaint. At that point the participants will be asked to put
their concerns in writing.
- Refunds will be granted in accordance with the stated Refund Policy. If a mutually agreed upon solution cannot be found, the participant will be granted a full refund.
Courses meet the qualifications for 6 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
